Job Title: Accounts Executive(German Speaker)
Location: Madrid, Spain

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
• Mandatory residence in Spain.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zone

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto‑assigned by the system.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and MRR generated

• EU citizenship OR
• Valid work permit for Spain

• Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on‑site in Madrid.
• This is a permanent contract position.
