Product Specialist – Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing renewal quotations, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, overseeing vendor back‑office and inventory activities, and partnering with the assigned BDM to support vendor growth and business objectives.
- Work closely with the assigned BDM to identify and follow up on renewal opportunities.
- Manage the end‑to‑end renewal quotation process.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the assigned vendor.
- Manage vendor renewals and support reporting and back‑office operations such as POS, inventory, stock, and iAsset.
- Implement and manage new processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for quotations, shipments, incidents, and information requests.
- Support logistics activities in coordination with the Purchasing and Operations teams.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive incremental business.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales records in Net Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or similar roles.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Results‑driven with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
