A Day in the LifeBased in our Madrid office, you will be a crucial link between L'Oréal and our most strategic retail partners across Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will drive sustainable growth by developing and executing strategic joint business plans for key accounts of Hard Discount.
Your mission will be to:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement robust business plans that align with both L’Oréal and account objectives, solidifying our leadership while unlocking new opportunities in the Iberian market.
- Lead Commercial Negotiations: Skillfully manage annual negotiations and range reviews to ensure optimal outcomes, building strong, collaborative partnerships with your accounts.
- Deliver Financial Performance: Build accurate sales forecasts and manage the account P&L to achieve targets for turnover, market share, and profit.
- Ensure Cross-Functional Excellence: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Category Management, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of your account strategies.
You are a great match for this role if you are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build influential relationships and deliver results. We are looking for someone with:
- Commercial Expertise: Highly experienced in account management with the ability to build a strategic business plan and a strong understanding of the P&L.
- Influence & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
- Analytical Mindset: High analytical and data skills to turn market insights into actionable strategies and innovative ideas.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: An entrepreneurial and proactive approach, focused on delivering and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required to manage the Iberian scope of the role.
