We are hiring German and Dutch-speaking Account Executives to join an international team and manage the full sales cycle for the German or Dutch market.

Base Salary: €30,000 gross/year
Commission: €600 monthly target + uncapped commission

• Full sales cycle ownership, from lead generation to closing
• Inbound and outbound sales
• Product demonstrations and client meetings
• Free-trial conversion into paid subscriptions
• Uncapped commission structure
• Gradual ramp-up targets during your first months
• Clear career progression:
  • AE2: €35,000 base salary
  • AE3: €40,000 base salary
  • After the first month of training, only 1 on-site day per month if you achieve at least 70% of your sales target
  • Monthly travel expenses covered by the company

• Below 80% of target: x1
• 80% of target: x1.3
• 100% of target: x2
• 150% of target: x3
• 150%+ quarterly average: retroactive x3 multiplier on all quarterly commissions

4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid

• Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
• Friday: 09:00–15:00

Friday afternoons off.
