Key Account Manager

Your Tasks

• Lead the development and execution of short and long term strategies for different customers, optimizing profitability and sales revenue while achieving the objectives of the company, the category, and the customer.
• Contribute to the success of the strategy by considering company priorities and the direct and indirect integration of the channel’s commercial plan.
• Collaborate with the SCM (Supply Chain Management) department to develop, execute, and monitor customer-specific plans (primarily assortment and promotional activities) to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with and execution of agreements made with customers in order to maximize results and brand visibility.
• Contribute to the success of our channel strategy by maintaining an omnichannel perspective at all times, ensuring the impact on other company channels is properly measured.

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager ,
  Account Executive , or in similar commercial/sales roles, preferably in the Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG , or related sectors.
• Previous experience in Trade Marketing ,
  Category Management , or commercial activation areas is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point ).
• Availability to travel.
• Languages:
  
  professional proficiency in Spanish and English .
