Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is expanding in Spain and is now seeking a passionate real estate agent to join our office in Málaga city. We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and this is your chance to be part of our exciting journey.

• Proactive acquisition of properties and clients
• Finding properties to sell, by flyers, knocking doors, social connections
• Evaluating properties
• Listing properties including all necessary documents
• Initiating contact and conducting needs analysis
• Meeting with customers planning to buy & sell property in Spain
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Showing properties and neighbourhoods
• Follow the client through the buying and selling process

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results. The position as a real estate agent at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Málaga places high demands on social skills, being creative and taking your own initiatives to find properties to sell.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge in Spanish
• Residence in Málaga or the surrounding areas with good local knowledge
• Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage
• Driver's license and good driving skills
• High digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.
