Job Description:

As a Junior Backend Developer, you will participate in the design and implementation for technical solutions for the product backend/engine with an architecture based in microservices Springboot.

• Actively work on optimizing and making software development processes more efficient.
• Implementation of timely alerts and metrics to measure solutions.
• Collaborate in the technical design of solutions to comply with the reference architecture framework for SCIB.
• Ensure the software meets company quality standards both for maintenance and software evolutions
• Implement software quality/security controls.
• Collaborate in the execution/monitoring of the agile product development methodology.

• 2 years of experience in backend application development, proving experience in backend architecture under Spring Boot and Event Driven architecture, meeting the Santander quality and security standards in the SW

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Telecommunication engineering/Maths/…

• Technical: Advanced knowledge in:
  Micro-services, Event Driven Architecture, Spring Boot, Angular, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Java 8, S3, Postgree
  
  SQL, Git Hub, Jenkins, Urban Code, Sonar, Kiuwan, Unit Test.
• Functional: Functional knowledge in transactional banking, specifically cash flows. Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Other Technologies: API Connect, APIs (Efficient development and performance for high volumes, low response times)
