The Mission This is a sophisticated opportunity for an elite nursing professional to step away from the hospital ward and into the world of ultra-high-net-worth private care. You will deliver dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a world-class superyacht. The vessel cruises exclusively through the most illustrious waters of the Mediterranean , with an itinerary featuring Portofino, Sardinia, the Amalfi Coast, and the French Riviera .

The Team You will join a fully integrated private medical department. The unit is directed by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialist Physiotherapists and a close-knit team of Western-trained nurses. This environment prioritises clinical precision and collaborative care.

The Safety To maintain the highest standards of safety and practitioner alertness, the role operates on a strict double-nurse shift system . This ensures you are always supported during clinical duties and have significant downtime to rest and enjoy the Italian and French coastlines.

The Process We value efficiency. The interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform , allowing you to complete the selection process from Malaga without the need for immediate travel.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is essential.

Language: Native or C1 English fluency is required for clear clinical communication.

Profile: Must possess high discretion, professional etiquette, and the ability to work seamlessly in a luxury environment.

Leave: 30 days of paid leave annually.
