Chief Financial Officer Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join one of our clients in Malaga, Spain – a brand community platform that aims to launch and scale high value brands in a global market. Counting with more than 100K active members, they are different due to their international, creative, and personalized growth for business solutions.

You will be responsible for leading the Finance Department and planning, implementing and managing all the Finances activities of the company: from business plans, budgeting, negotiations, and forecasting, to investor and partnerships relations and compliance. In addition, your day to day activities will include:

• Advising CEO in long-term business and financial planning; as well as investment and fundraising actions
• Perform risk, cash, and liquidity management
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations for the Financial, HR, and IT departments
• Ensure a correct cash flow for the company’s operations
• Manage the Finance Team

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s Degree/MBA is a plus)
• 10+ years of experience in Finances, with proven experience as CFO or related
• Deep knowledge of Corporate Financial Law and Risk Management
• Deep knowledge of Trade Law
• Experience in Data Analysis and Forecasting Methodologies
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management software
• You have great organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English level
• CPA is a great plus
