Homestay Recruiter

EF Malaga has an exciting opportunity to join our Accommodation Department as a Homestay Recruiter
, supporting the recruitment of high-quality host families for our international students.

In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with local families and ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable homestay experience.

• Contact potential host families from an existing database of enquiries
• Arrange and conduct home visits with prospective host families
• Assess homes to ensure they meet EF’s accommodation standards
• Support families in completing application forms and required documentation
• Provide clear and accurate feedback to the EF Accommodation team following visits
• Update host family profiles and records in the database after each visit
• Manage and organise visits according to your own schedule

• A sociable, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• A target-driven mindset; sales or recruitment experience is an advantage
• Access to a car (preferred but not essential)
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
