What you’ll be doingAt rindus, we work closely with our partners to build strong, long‑term tech teams while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and hiring process. We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of Hiring Experts and take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment for our partners.
- Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for your assigned partners: role intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners on all hiring‑related topics, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
- Lead kick‑off meetings and regular syncs with partners to review progress, challenges, and upcoming needs.
- Proactively identify risks or delays in the hiring process and escalates them with transparency and solution‑oriented proposals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate experience, guiding candidates through a clear and values‑driven hiring journey.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring data to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with other Hiring Experts, sharing learnings, best practices, and knowledge.
- Proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition
, with 3+ years managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes. - A people‑oriented and empathic mindset, with a genuine passion for candidate experience
. - Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in communicating with partners and candidates.
- Ability to work in an international environment, recruiting and communicating in English on a daily basis.
- A proactive, structured, and responsible way of working, with ownership over your processes and results.
