We're collaborating with a leading company to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for their growing team in Malaga. This is a full-time, onsite role, where you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. • Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

• Be a native German speaker with excellent command of C1-level English.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
