Fluent Norwegian and good English communication skills

Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment

Problem-solving skills and adaptability

What You'll Do

Support customers via phone, email, and chat

Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Provide accurate information using internal systems and support tools

Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment
