Pinnacle Travel Group (PTG) are seeking a passionate Reservations Consultant with the enthusiasm for providing memorable travel experiences, to join our team at our head office and main depot in Malaga.

The Role  The successful applicant will be an essential part of our Reservations Team, predominantly focusing on Integrity Coach lines and assisting with Pinnacle Coach lines. Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide an exceptional customer experience whilst promoting and booking services to meet client needs.
Responsibilities   Serving customers efficiently to understand their requirements and provide product knowledge as required
Answering emails, phone call enquiries and bookings.
Simultaneously use the computer and booking systems with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Process data and complete various administrative tasks.
Make accurate reservations using the computer reservation system with information received by email and phone sales.
Issue passenger tickets & travel documents.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
About you   A genuine passion for customer service
Excellent communication skills
Robust attention to detail
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate our booking system whilst conversing with customers
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
