Responsibilities   Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone
Resolve inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and share insights
Deliver solutions that build long-term customer satisfaction
Requirements   Fluent level in Swedish
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving mindset and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new systems
Living in Málaga or willing to relocate there
