What You'll Do     Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking customers.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Handle requests professionally across multiple communication channels.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality objectives.
What We're Looking For     Native or fluent  French
English C1  level (Harver English assessment required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits     Gross salary:  €930/month (14 salaries)
Attendance bonus:  €65/month (11 months)
24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday) with 2 rotational days off

Contract   This position is offered as a  6-month fixed-term contract . While the initial contract duration is six months,  there is a possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.
