Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Norwegian-speaking customers and provide a high-quality customer experience within the gaming sector.

• Assisting Norwegian-speaking customers with their questions and requests
• Providing professional and friendly customer support
• Handling account-related and general service inquiries
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every interaction
• Following internal procedures and quality standards
• Collaborating with an international team

• Fluent Norwegian speaker
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willingness to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus
• Availability to work onsite
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
