Finnish Fashion Support Consultant – Relocate from Finland to Málaga

The Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant will support H&M customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.

Day to day that means the Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant will support H&M customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
