Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and looking for an international role with flexibility to work remotely? We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a leading international project in the travel & hospitality sector.

• Help customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat
• Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately
• Deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience
• Document interactions and escalates complex cases when needed
