Senior Bussines Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers, guiding the entire lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-go-live support. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts.

• Gather & Analyze Requirements:
  Lead discovery sessions to elicit business needs and align on objectives. Translate complex requirements into clear, structured business specifications and documentation.
• Model Workflows & Processes:
  Define and diagram current and future-state business workflows. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Design Conceptual Data Models:
  Collaborate with data architects to define and document high-level data structures. Ensure data alignment across systems during migrations or integrations.
• Create Mockups & Prototypes:
  Develop wireframes and UI mockups (using tools like Figma, or similar). Work with UX teams to validate user experience and business logic.
• Define Acceptance Criteria & Test Plans:
  Create detailed acceptance criteria and support UAT execution. Coordinate validation of functional deliverables with stakeholders.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change:
  Lead user training sessions and develop supporting materials. Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases.
• Support Agile Delivery:
  Collaborate with Scrum teams: participate in grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives. Write and refine user stories in JIRA/ConfluenceEXPERIENCE

• Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
• 9+ years in business analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation contexts. Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and training.

• Solid understanding of conceptual data models and system integration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and sprint management
• Competence in wire framing/mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.).
• Proactive and Solution-oriented mindset.
• Good change management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Excel.
• Technical background would be a plus (basic SQL, Appian, Pega)
