Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative

We're partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representatives for their Malaga or Valencia office.

• Conduct outbound & Inbound Prospecting:
  Research, contact, nurture and conduct initial qualification that satisfy BANT criteria for inbound and outbound RAD 2 and 3 leads
• Define outreach tactics:
  To utilise the technology has at its disposal to conduct successful outreach (CRM, Linked In Navigator, Zoom Info) and tailor to the customer persona
• Progress and update leads on CRM:
  Push leads through the lead queue and update lead information on CRM
• Support account planning:
  Collaborate with SAMS/FSRs/Sales specialists on outreach strategy and provide regular feedback
• Provide campaign support:
  Provide campaign feedback to marketing to improve effectiveness

• Excellent Dutch (C1+) and English (B2-C1) skills
• You bring at least 2 years of industry experience at the enterprise level.
• You are proficient in identifying, nurturing and qualifying leads
• You can sufficiently understand customers, industries and our product offerings including high level pricing to conduct solution selling across the portfolio (but with an initial focus on PS)
• Excel at building relationships and handling objections
• Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
• Are proficient in using CRM software

• Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance
• Full-time contract
• Monday to Friday, 9AM– 6PM
