International sales manager

• Develop new business as per objectives.
• Earn the respect of clients and other company employees.
• Develop and maintain client loyalty.
• Safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Compliance with company rules and values.

• Minimum three years experience in DMC Sales Management or similar.
• Enthusiasm for Spain and Portugal as a MICE destination.
• Commercial thinking with sales and consultancy flair.
• Excellent organization and advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to relate to clients.
• Good communication skills with excellent command of English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Knowledge of any other additional language valued, mainly German or French.
• In-depth knowledge of the different characteristics and cultural aspects of the destinations.
• Must be able to create solid relationships, generate high volumes of leads and maximize conversion.
• Highly motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency about achieving objectives.
• Self-motivated, but equally strong working within a team.
