Center Manager and Front Desk

Are you ready to support an expanding market leader in real estate and become an essential part of our branch in Mallorca? Domus Vivendi Group is looking for a dedicated Center Manager & Front Desk Specialist for our modern office center, "The Circle", on the island. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face at our front desk, taking care of tenants and visitors while actively driving the leasing of our modern office spaces.

Your key responsibilities:

Welcome and manage tenants, visitors, and prospective clients, including onboarding new tenants

Acquire new partners by conducting viewings, presenting "The Circle", and closing lease agreements

Oversee daily operations across common areas, meeting rooms, and offices, while coordinating vendors, repairs, and maintenance

Handle phone and email correspondence, schedule management, center cost control, and administrative duties

Prepare monthly reports on occupancy and revenue, while supporting accounting and contract administration

Your profile:

A degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, with initial experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate

High service orientation, strong communication skills, sales flair, and an open, friendly personality

Fluency in English, German, and Spanish, as well as current residency in Mallorca

Independent, well-organized working style and confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic accounting knowledge is a distinct advantage
