Tasks

Oversee the restaurant's dining area, ensuring all guests receive impeccable service and a memorable dining experience.

Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, managing any special requests or dietary restrictions with attention to detail.

Manage table allocations and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide expert advice to guests and staff.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves Cascada Marbella with a positive experience.

Participate in inventory management, including the oversight of dining supplies and the suggestion of orders as needed.

Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events.

Requirements

Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele.

Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu.

Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.
