• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• General knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure components and environment (at least 3 years)
• Experience as Azure Engineer or similar engineering role
• Experience as Dev Ops Engineer for Azure components (Resource groups, network components, RBAC permissions)
• Proficient with Azure Repo (Git) and Azure Pipelines
• Good knowledge of Azure Power Shell or Azure CLI
• Working knowledge of databases platforms on Azure
• Problem‑solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
• Managing Incident and Service requests with a Ticketing system.
• Excellent level of English. Good level of French preferred, Spanish a plus.
• Microsoft Azure Certifications a plus.

Develop a sustainable, customer focused environment to enhance and improve the quality of technology services used by the Schools for the benefit of all Staff, Faculty and Students thru the Cloud (Azure). Manage and secure our Cloud infrastructure.

• Reviews on the architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support as Subject matter expert on Azure services
• Support IT teams to handle and resolve Incidents and Requests
• Manage the Azure Tenant & subscriptions
• Define templates to automate the provisioning of Azure services
• Deploy & maintain Azure solutions (IaaS / PaaS)
• Prepare relevant documentation for Training and Support
• Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for new Services and review existing ones
• Perform quality checks on pipelines and processes built by internal and external teams
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Reporting and monitoring
