VIE Plastic Injection Engineer

About the role

Valeo Light, part of Valeo’s Light Division, is looking for a VIE Plastic Injection Engineer for a 12‑month assignment at its Martos plant in Spain.

• You analyze the technical feasibility of single or multi‑color injected aesthetic parts.
• You create specific technical specifications (for predefined parts) for molds to consult with mold suppliers.
• You analyze and verify 3D mold designs using CATIA V5 according to predefined procedures, preparing them for manufacturing launch.
• You monitor mold tuning before transferring to production sites.
• You participate with production teams in mold trials and final tuning after realization.
• You take charge of short missions on targeted technical subjects (e.g., film overmolding, mold pressure sensors).
• You work directly with R&D, Projects, and English‑speaking supplier teams.

• Engineering degree in plastics engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in plastic injection engineering preferred.
• Fluent English;
  Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written communication, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and an international mindset.
• Experience with CATIA V5 is an advantage.
