Opportunity: SAP S4

HANA INTERNAL CONSULTANTS (P2P, O2C, RETAIL)

The SAP Consultant will be part of the SAP Center of Excellence and a key contributor to the global S/4

HANA implementation project. Together with business counterparts and our implementation partner, you will be responsible for the design of the core model (global template) and system capabilities, delivering the system, conducting testing, providing user training and hypercare support. You will ensure the system meets business needs and processes are optimized, ultimately securing the successful deployment and adoption of the new S/4

HANA system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine business processes, ensuring that the SAP system fully supports these operations.
• System Integration Efforts:
  Collaborate on integrating SAP S/4
  
  HANA with other internal and external systems, facilitating smooth data transfer and functionality.
• User Training and Support:
  Provide comprehensive training and support to users, equipping them with the knowledge needed to utilize the SAP system effectively.
• Core Model Workshops:
  Conduct alignment workshops for core model solutions in cooperation with business process owners (BPOs) and implementation partners.
• Technical Feasibility Assessments:
  Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Solution Compliance Assurance:
  Ensure that both functional and technical solutions align with business needs and organizational guidelines.
• Knowledge Transfer Support:
  Facilitate effective functional and technical knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support teams.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects, (greenfield implementations)
• Functional expertise in one of the following domains:

Finance / P2P

• Finance with strong focus on Accounts Payable
• Experience with SAP VIM
• Exposure to Rebate Settlement
• Understanding of financial workflows and approval processes

Finance/O2C

• Sales & Distribution (SD) expertise
• Pricing, sales orders, billing, and delivery processes
• Event-Based Revenue Recognition
• Accruals Management
• Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• POS integration with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Retail
• SAP Standard Resource-Related Billing

Retail / Supply

• Procurement and Stock Management
• SAP MM configuration
• Experience with SAP Ariba
• Retail and supply chain integration scenarios

Cross-Functional Knowledge

• Project System (intermediate)
• Understanding of FI-SD-MM integration
• Experience in highly integrated SAP landscapes
• Configuration experience in relevant SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules
• Functional analysis and solution design skills
• Test management and coordination with business users

Other Skills

• SAP certifications are an advantage
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent prioritization and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changing project scopes and stakeholder dynamics
• Clear, structured, and confident communication
• Comfortable working in international, distributed teams
