In-House Recruitment Manager (Fintech)

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to:
Own full-cycle hiring for AI/ML, blockchain, and product roles

Partner with leadership to forecast & build world-class teams

Build scalable processes (and improve them with AI)

Act as a strategic advisor—not just a ticket-taker

Job requirements  You bring:
✅ 5+ years in recruitment (Fintech/Tech/Startup)
✅ Proven track record hiring senior Tech & Product talent
✅ High ownership, low ego, and a  build it  mindset
