Auxiliar administrativo

Key Responsibilities     Provide daily administrative support to the U.S. Sales Team.
Prepare, review, and submit contracts through digital platforms.
Verify that all documentation is complete and accurate prior to submission.
Track the status of sales and confirm successful closings.
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely contract processing.
Update sales reports and tracking systems.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a sales team
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as online platforms
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
