Job Description

The Process Engineer provides manufacturing support to engineering and production teams in the development, implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient process integration, optimize manufacturing performance, improve process capabilities, and support compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.

# Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving techniques.
# Statistical analysis and process capability improvement.
# Technical writing, SOP development, and manufacturing documentation.
# Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Collaborate with sales and production teams to evaluate opportunities for process improvements that positively impact operational performance and return on investment.
# Partner with Quality to improve and streamline validation activities, support corrective action plans, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
# Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses for internal and external quality issues, customer complaints, and manufacturing challenges, implementing sustainable corrective actions.
