As a  Sr Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer , you will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing processes and the Quality Management System at Breg by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and leading improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer you will:

Lead and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality using Lean Six Sigma tools.

Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.

Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support new product transfers.

Conduct process and workflow analyses to optimize efficiency.

Ensure process changes are properly documented, validated, and communicated.

Act as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and change agent.

Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies.

Promote and model Breg’s culture of accountability and professional behavior.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or a related role.

Experience in regulated environments, preferably within the medical device industry.

Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP requirements.

Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools applied to manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.

Experience coaching or training teams in continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Strong focus on manufacturing operations improvement.

Advanced or fluent English proficiency required.
