General Superintendent | Industrial Construction

A leading company in the industrial construction sector is seeking an experienced   General Superintendent   to provide field leadership on large-scale projects, including automotive manufacturing facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, mission-critical facilities, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities.
Direct multidisciplinary teams, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Trade Partners.
Drive project performance in Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Productivity.
Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, logistics, and subcontractor activities.
Promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
15+ years of industrial construction experience.
5+ years in senior field leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large industrial, automotive, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and large field teams.
Intermediate to Advanced English preferred.
Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
