Puesto: Rewards Services Intern (Punto Valle, MTY)
What will you do:
Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns.
Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE.
Provide general operational support for benefits administration.
Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations.
Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders
Operate and administer our benefit offers
Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data

What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a 4-year degree or equivalent.
You enjoy critical thinking, customer service and supporting employees.
Have advanced digital skills, learn fast utilizing digital platforms.
Have proficient use of Excel.
Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Speak fluent (read, write, and speak) English and Spanish (must).
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
