Requirements:
Advanced English level (verbal and written)
At least 1 YEAR of call center experience
Commute time (No more than 1 hour from the site)
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding oustanding balances and offering solutions.
Mantain accurate records of interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
