Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, delivering timely and high-quality support
Provide accurate, insightful, and friendly responses regarding product features, pricing, and availability
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer needs
Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry across various systems and platforms
Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, support, or a related field
Outstanding communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written abilities
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer experiences
