About the Role
Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We are looking for an experienced and energetic Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Mexico City, In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our brand, ensuring our players have a seamless, exciting, and top-tier experience.
Whether you come from an iGaming background, a high-volume call center, tech support, or Tier 1 sales, if you know how to deliver exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!
What You Will Do
Provide outstanding, multi-channel customer support (Live Chat, Email, and Phone) to our user base.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account management, billing, promotions, and basic technical glitches.
Guide new and existing customers through our platform, ensuring they understand our products and services.
Identify, document, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and quick response times.
Stay up-to-date with the latest company promotions, platform updates, and industry compliance standards.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Experience:
Prior experience working as a Customer Support Agent, Call Center Representative, Tech Support Agent, or Tier 1 Sales Representative.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the iGaming, sports betting, or online casino industry is highly preferred, but not strictly required.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software systems, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting.
Communication
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. (Conversational English is a big plus!)
Problem Solver: Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
Must be based in or around Santiago de Chile.
