About the Role
We are looking for a   bilingual Customer Onboarding Coordinator   to manage the customer onboarding experience and serve as the primary point of contact during the   first 90 days after account activation   . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process from start to finish.

Monday–Friday |  8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure all required documentation is collected accurately.
Act as the main point of contact during the first  90 days   , providing ongoing support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinate installations, equipment delivery, and fulfillment of purchased services with internal teams.
Manage documentation and support financial paperwork throughout the onboarding process.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
Assist partners and internal teams with documentation, account updates, and onboarding-related inquiries.

Qualifications
Fluent in   English and Spanish   (written and spoken).
Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.
️ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience using   CRM systems   is highly preferred.
Previous experience in   customer support, onboarding, payment processing, banking, logistics, billing, or account management   is a plus.
