Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize Salesforce to document interactions and manage information.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in Spanish.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
