What You'll Own

You'll become the dedicated Brand Consultant for entrepreneurs building their businesses.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building long-term relationships with business owners

• Becoming the primary point of contact throughout their branding journey

• Coordinating between customers and Graphic Designers, Developers, and Production teams

• Providing proactive updates before customers ever have to ask

• Helping customers make confident branding decisions

• Delivering concierge-level customer service

• Managing multiple branding projects simultaneously

• Solving challenges with speed, creativity, and professionalism

• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that genuinely help customers grow

• Supporting launches, redesigns, websites, signage, marketing, and future growth initiatives

• Creating customers for life—not one-time transactions
