Account Manager

We need an Account Manager to own client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention. You'll be the single point of contact between our placed professionals and their US-based clients — making sure every placement is a success.
What You'll Do
Manage portfolio of active client placements
Monitor performance and catch issues before they become problems
Build strong relationships with both clients and placed professionals
Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
Escalate and resolve complex relationship issues
Provide timely, proactive support
You Have
2+ years in account management, customer success, or client relations
Excellent people skills and relationship building ability
Strong judgment and problem-solving mindset
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Proficient with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace
Comfortable with US working hours
