We are looking for a  Customer Success Manager  to join our team in  Mexico City  and help our clients maximize the value of goFLUENT’s digital learning solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, helping them drive learner engagement, achieve their training objectives, and build long-term success with goFLUENT. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure they get the most out of our solutions.

What You’ll Do     Build strong client relationships:  Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients, understanding their business and learning needs.

Lead successful onboarding:  Guide new clients through the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from day one.

Drive client engagement:  Monitor program performance and learner engagement, identify challenges, and implement action plans to maximize adoption and results.

Manage client success:  Conduct regular business reviews, share insights and recommendations, and ensure clients are achieving their learning objectives.

Identify growth opportunities:  Understand evolving client needs and identify opportunities to expand the use of goFLUENT’s solutions within existing accounts.

Champion the learner experience:  Gather client and learner feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the overall experience.

Share expertise:  Advise clients on best practices, learning strategies, and ways to maximize the impact of their language training programs.

What We’re Looking For     Fluent Spanish  and  intermediate English  (written and spoken).

Previous experience in  Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role .

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in understanding and solving client needs.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Analytical mindset and ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and challenges.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Experience in  B2B, SaaS, e-learning, training, HR solutions, or technology  is a plus.
