Descripción del trabajo
About the role

D5 Render is an AI-powered, real-time 3D rendering and visualization platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. We're expanding in North America, and we're generating a growing volume of inbound interest through webinars, events, product trials, and our community.

The problem we're hiring you to solve is simple: a lot of that interest never gets a good, timely follow-up. Our territory reps are busy running active deals, so lower-intent leads — webinar attendees, event contacts, early-stage trial users — often go cold before anyone reaches them.

Your job is to be the person who works those leads properly: reach out fast, have a real conversation, figure out who's genuinely worth a sales rep's time, and hand those people over cleanly. You are the bridge between marketing interest and a real sales pipeline.

This is a nearshore role: your working hours align with US business hours, and you'll be talking to prospects across the US and Canada in English every day.

What you'll do

- Work a prioritized queue of marketing-sourced leads — primarily from webinars, events, trials, and our Pro/community base — following a defined multi-touch cadence (email, phone, Linked In) over ~2 weeks per lead.
- Have qualifying conversations, not scripted pitches. Understand the prospect's role, current tools (Revit, Rhino, etc.), workflow pain, and whether there's a real need, budget, or timeline.
- Book qualified meetings and hand them to the right rep with context — who the person is, what they need, what signals you saw. A clean handoff, not a name and an email.
- Keep the CRM honest and current. Log every touch in real time, update lead status accurately, and use the correct reason when moving a lead to nurture or disqualifying it. ("No response" is never a disqualification — it goes to nurture.)
- Close the loop with marketing. Give structured feedback on lead quality so we can improve targeting — not "these leads are bad," but which segments and sources actually convert.

What success looks like

Success in this role is not measured by how many meetings you book. It's measured by how many of your meetings the sales team accepts and converts into real opportunities.

We'd rather you have five well-qualified conversations that turn into three real deals than book twenty meetings that reps show up to and immediately dismiss. Volume that doesn't convert wastes everyone's time and erodes trust between marketing and sales. Your incentive is aligned with pipeline quality, and we'll structure your targets that way.

What you bring

- 1–3 years in an SDR / BDR / inside sales / lead-qualification role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technical/vertical product.
- Professional-level written and spoken English. You'll be prospecting into US and Canadian firms; your emails and calls need to read as native-quality.
- Comfort with CRM and sales-engagement tools (we use Salesforce and Amplemarket) and the discipline to actually log your work.
- Genuine self-drive in a fully remote setup — you plan your own day, stay reachable during agreed hours, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Curiosity and coachability. You'll be learning a technical product and a specialized industry; we want someone who digs in and improves, not someone who coasts once they've hit "good enough."
- Professional integrity. We don't chase closes at any cost or make promises we can't keep. Every prospect should walk away feeling D5 is credible from the first interaction.

Nice to have

- Exposure to the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction) or to design / 3D / visualization software.
- Experience qualifying inbound and product-led (trial/freemium) leads, not just cold outbound.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, nurture, and marketing–sales handoff processes.

The setup

- Fully remote, based in Mexico. Working hours aligned to US business hours.
- You'll work closely with the NA marketing team (who feed and score your leads) and the territory sales reps (who take your qualified handoffs).
