China Three Gorges Latam , leading renewable energy company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our Mexico team. This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for a recent graduate ready to build a solid foundation in corporate administration.
You will work closely with the Administration Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day running of the office across a wide range of tasks - from processing high volumes of invoices to coordinating logistics and keeping the office running smoothly
.
What you will
do Invoice Processing and Administrative Suppo
rt Process and input of supplier and service invoices on a daily basis through SAP ERP - this is a core and recurring part of the rol
e.Support monthly follow-up on administrative invoice
s.Search, select, and manage administrative goods and service providers in line with internal procedure
s.Office Administrati
on Support the Administration Coordinator across a broad range of office management task
s.Handle incoming and outgoing correspond enc
e.Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments for executives and the tea
m.Manage file organization and the company's data roo
m.Address employee queries related to office or administrative matter
s.Logistics and Trav
el Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transport, and visa requirement
s.Provide administrative support to expatriate staff, including accommodation and travel coordinatio
n.Faciliti
es Oversee access control for employees and visitor
s.Manage office supplies restocking (stationery, cafeteria, cleaning, biosecurity
).Coordinate office maintenance needs and supervise cleaning service

What we are looking
for Recent graduate in Business Administration, Languages, International Relations, or a related fie
ld.
English proficiency at B2 level or above (written and spoke
n).Eager to learn ERP systems (SAP training will be provide
d).Solid command of Microsoft Office and Outlo
ok.
Good written communication skills in both Spanish and Engli
sh.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same ti
me.
Prior internship or work experience in administrative roles is a plus, but not requir
ed.
