Support Specialist

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

Role Overview    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to join our team. In this role,
you will be a key link between our data integrity and our sales success. You will be responsible
for ensuring that the data entering our platform is accurate and high-quality, while directly
supporting our Sales team by managing the initial account creation process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Review

• Data Validation:
Review and verify data from a variety of uploaded files to ensure accuracy
and consistency.

• Error Correction:
Identify discrepancies or missing information and perform necessary
corrections before data is finalized in the system.

• Data Entry:
Assist in transferring information from source documents into our internal
platform following established protocols.
Sales & Account Support

• Account Setup:
Partner with the Sales team to facilitate the account creation process for
new users and organizations.

• Workflow Coordination:
Communicate effectively with sales representatives to resolve any
account-related hurdles quickly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail:
Exceptional focus and accuracy when working with large volumes of
data.

• Technical Aptitude:
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and internal
tools.

• Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal team
collaboration.

• Organization:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is
preferred but not required.
