Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in the Toluca Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports. The role also includes drafting communications, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Experience with creating and managing Expense Reports
Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling and organizing
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
