Warehouse And Distribution Manager

OBJECTIVE:

Distribution and Warehouse Manager is responsible of manage Mexico operations as part of our Supply Chain & Logistics Team responsible for the local (in country) storage & handling of inventory, order fulfillment and distribution, warranties & returns, and facilities management functions. This role also is responsible for managing the supplies inventory to support DC operations and facilities support. Primary responsibility for Mexico operations with assistance for same functions throughout the HCE OF&D Team network of entities as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Directly oversee and manage the order fulfillment and distribution processes for Mexico operations, providing support to the Supply Chain & Logistics Team in all regions as needed.
2. Oversee and maintain in-country supplies inventory for facilities and DC operations utilizing the administrative systems related to these procurement functions.
3. Oversee and maintain systems integrity for the proper inventory management functions associated with materials during warehousing, handling, and distribution of inventoried goods throughout the Mexico network.
4. Oversee the warranty/return functions for the Mexico operations providing assistance as required to the same operations in all locations of the organization.
5. Provide administrative oversight as needed to all areas under your responsibility including administration and facility services.
6. Lead efforts for safety promotion and continuous improvement throughout the HCE operation.
7. Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified.
