Maxima Apparel is a growing company in the licensed streetwear industry, headquartered in New York, USA, with operations in countries such as Mexico, Brazil, India, China, and many others where we are expanding soon.
We’re seeking a  Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience  in the apparel or fashion industry, who combines strong creative instincts with solid technical understanding. You’ll not only interpret reference concepts into compelling visuals, but also build designs  from scratch  , with a deep awareness of  fabrics, seams, garment construction  , and how graphics interact with the final product.

You’ll receive clear creative direction regarding themes, colors, and placements—but we also value your  inspiration  and style, as long as it matches our customer’s aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
Translate reference concepts into original, market-relevant designs.
Create graphics from the ground up, taking into account fabric type, stitching, and garment structure.
Develop artwork aligned with brand aesthetics and creative input.
Collaborate with the design team to refine visuals.
Track sample feedback and development updates through our PLM system.

Ideal Candidate
~4+ years of experience  in graphic design for fashion or textiles.
~ Strong understanding of  fabric types, construction details, and technical design  .
~ Highly creative and deeply inspired with a sharp sense of aesthetic.
~ Fast, efficient, and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
~ A collaborative team player who’s open to feedback and eager to contribute.
~ English level B2 – C1 .

Requirements
Advanced proficiency in  Adobe Photoshop  and  Illustrator  .
Familiarity with  PLM platforms  for tracking comments and sample revisions.
Demonstrated ability to design original concepts with a solid technical foundation.
B2 – C1 level of English (reading, listening, and written communication).
A strong, updated portfolio that reflects creative and technical versatility.
