Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

We are looking for an experienced  Aftersales Technical & Operational Training Supervisor  to lead the development and execution of training programs across our dealer network for  Zeekr (BEV) and  Lynk & Co (PHEV/MHEV) brands.
This role combines  technical training, aftersales operations, and dealer capability development  , ensuring technicians, service teams, warranty staff, and parts personnel achieve high standards in technical expertise, operational excellence, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The position serves as a key link between local operations and China HQ, supporting the rollout of new technologies, training standards, and aftersales best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, localize, and deliver technical and operational training programs for dealer and field teams.
Train personnel on EV, hybrid, and conventional powertrain systems, including diagnostics, repair methodologies, and OEM tools.
Lead certification programs for technicians across different competency levels.
Ensure compliance with high-voltage safety standards, workshop readiness requirements, and repair authorization processes.
Deliver training on warranty administration, parts operations, and dealership service processes.
Collaborate closely with China HQ training and technical support teams to align local standards with global requirements.
Identify recurring field issues and escalate technical trends, warranty challenges, and network capability gaps.
Monitor dealer performance through training and aftersales KPIs, including certification coverage, warranty performance, and Fix-Right-First-Time metrics.
Manage LMS platforms, webinars, e-learning content, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the network.

Qualifications

~ Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in automotive technical training, aftersales operations, field service engineering, or dealer network development.
~ Hands-on experience with  Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and  Hybrid Vehicles (PHEV/MHEV) .
~ Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, high-voltage systems, dealer service operations, warranty processes, and spare parts management.
~ Experience using OEM diagnostic tools, DMS platforms, EPC systems, LMS platforms, and warranty management systems.
~ High-voltage certification or equivalent EV safety credential is highly preferred.
~ Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills.
