JDP specializes in logistics real estate investment, development, operations, and management. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new tenants for our logistics properties, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our logistics properties
Identify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold calling
Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilities
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
Prepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operations
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies
Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the logistics real estate sector
Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisition
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in logistics real estate sector
