Material Control
You will support the plant by ensuring consistent part availability on the production line, maintaining inventory health, and overseeing NPI activities. The role focuses on daily material flow execution, supplier coordination, shortage monitoring, and timely decision-making to ensure a stable, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain, acting as the main point of contact for supply disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily shortages and take immediate actions to prevent line-stops.
Communicate proactively with suppliers, logistics carriers, and internal teams to secure materials on time.
Track shipments, expedite orders, and resolve delivery issues.
Identify and escalate supply risks such as late shipments, quality holds, transportation delays and supplier compliance issues.
Review MRP signals to validate requirements and ensure accuracy of POs and delivery schedules.
Support daily production meetings by reporting risk status, incoming deliveries, and recovery plans.
Responsible for making a root cause analysis, take action and follow-up the recovery plan. If needed escalate according to the escalation ladder.
Perform inventory checks and coordinate with logistics to ensure accuracy.
Support NPI and EOL processes.
Manage the optimization of material across different locations and prioritize based on criticality to ensure supply chain efficiency and consistent availability of parts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Bachelor's in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business administration or related field.
Proficient in English Language.
Ability to analyze basic ordering signals and take decisive action.
Experience interacting with suppliers and solving supply issues.
